When you receive your monthly rent statement each month, just tear off the remittance slip and place it in the enclosed envelope with your check or money order made out to “New York City Housing Authority.”
Confidentiality. The researchers will keep all participant information confidential and will only use them for the purpose of the study. The researchers will not sell your information to anyone. The researchers’ reports will contain summaries, and responses will never be presented in any way that would permit readers to identify you. The researchers will protect personal information by creating a unique anonymous id number for respondents. Researchers will work primarily with data that has this anonymous id and no personal identifiers.
